At this special event, experts will demonstrate ancient crafts such as bow and arrow making, flintknapping, pottery making, fingerweaving, and bone/shell/ gourd carving.
Archaeologists will explain petroglyphs, animal bone identification, remote sensing, GPS and more; and visitors can tour the excavations, help sift the soil and wash 1000-year old artifacts. There will also be hands-on activities, dig tours and storytelling.
