Play Day in the Park is a fun, free community event sponsored by a few of our local favorite family attractions! Kids of all ages can enjoy bubble play, outdoor games, STEM lab explorations, parachute games, chalk art, building challenges with KEVA planks, learning adventures and more.
The day is meant to showcase the importance of play and reading in children's lives. Some of the organizations presenting activities will be The Magic House, the Saint Louis Science, Center, St. Louis Public Library, Ready Readers, the Saint Louis Art Museum and more!
9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Free. Play Day in the Park takes place in the Forest Park Visitor's Center parking lot. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.

The Summer Expo is presented by Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed, sponsored by STL Parent and STL Camps, and is open to all families from any school district across the St. Louis metro area. Admission is free.
The Saint Louis Science Center has expanded its Preschool Science Series to include new offerings for different age groups of young scientists. Storybook STEM is for ages 3 to 5.
Young visitors and their families are invited to the Life Science Lab Classroom at the Saint Louis Science Center to enjoy interactive read-alouds of science-themed picture books. Story times are followed by a short demonstration or discussion connected to the book's main concepts.
