Bring your whole family to this free family yoga session to relax through peaceful play, stories and songs right before bedtime. You'll learn relaxation poses you can use at home. For families with children ages 18 months to 5 years old. Children may wear footless pajamas.
Family Bedtime Yoga is led by Shelley Dean and will be held at the following branches of the St. Louis County Library:
March 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the Jamestown Bluffs Branch
March 18 at 6 p.m. at the Cliff Cave Branch
