
Kids in kindergarten through 5th grade can fun evenings making spooky crafts. Parents can drop off their kids and enjoy an evening out. Enrollment is limited.
The Halloween Mosaics Workshop is October 13 or 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. and includes making a pumpkin plaque with amazing tiles.
The Haunted Garden Workshops is October 20 or 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. and includes creating a haunted Halloween diorama complete with miniature tombstone, bones, pumpkins and more.
The Halloween Craft Party is October 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. Kids will make three small spooky projects with paint, paper, coffins, glitter, bats and more! There will be munchies, too, and costumes are optional.
Workshops and the Halloween Party require registration and enrollment is limited. Cost is $50 per child. All supplies are included.

Visit the James S. McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park and see a star show to experience the largest artificial sky in the Western Hemisphere. Star shows are lead LIVE by one of the Planetarium's educators, creating a new and tailored experience for every audience.
Young visitors and their families are invited to the Life Science Lab Classroom at the Saint Louis Science Center to enjoy interactive read-alouds of science-themed picture books. Story times are followed by a short demonstration or discussion connected to the book's main concepts.
Sensory Friendly Science Time features reduced noise, modified lighting and sensory-friendly demonstrations at the Saint Louis Science Center.
At this free art program for ages 3-6 the focus is on the process of making art rather than the finished product. Dress to get messy!
