The Junior League of St. Louis presents Charlotte's Web live on stage as part of the St. Louis Family Theater Series.
Theatreworks' production of Charlotte's Web is based on E.B. White's loving story of the friendship between a pig named Wilber and a little gray spider names Charlotte. Wilber has a problem: how to avoid winding up as pork chops! Spinning the words "some pig" in her web, Charlotte weaves a solution which not only makes Wilbur a prize pig, but ensures his place on the farm forever. This treasured tale explores bravery, selfless love and the true meaing of friendship.
Tickets are $7 per person.
Shows are Friday, Jan. 15 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. at the Florissant Civic Center Theater.
