Visit Play Street Museum's newest attraction – the Pop-Up Art Studio! In the studio, kids can focus on process art, which allows children to develop their own creations. Process art is more about the creation, imagination, and development rather than the final art projects. Children develop a sense of independence and confidence in creating their own artwork. They will be using recycled and new materials to make, explore, and create. Process Art allows children to truly make their own creations and rather than following directions, you will not find any paint by numbers here!
A 90-minute studio time reservation includes a tinker tray full of materials perfect for creating, play dough or play foam from the rainbow wall and unlimited recycled materials.
Safety precautions include cleaning and disinfecting during and between reservations, touch-free temperature checks at the door, mask requirements for all employees, adults, and children ages 9 and above, waivers, limited capacity and no food allowed.
At Play Street Museum in St. Charles. Reservations are required. Cost is $25 per child for 90 minutes of studio time. All materials are included.
