
Gather at the west end of Tower Grove Park to enjoy a family movie and fun activities for all ages. Fun, educational, hands-on activities for kids will relate to the theme of the movie. All activities are free.
July 15: A Bug's Life. Activities begin at 6:30 p.m. with the U.S. Forest Service, The Butterfly House, the Missouri Department of Conservation, Great Rivers Greenway, St. Louis Wildlife Project and others, including a storytime from the St. Louis Public Library at 7 p.m. The movie, A Bug's Life, begins at 8 p.m. sharp. Food will be available for purchase from Vine & Dash and popsicles from Pete's Pops.
August 12: Over the Hedge. Activities begin at 6:30 p.m. with the U.S. Forest Service, The Butterfly House, the Missouri Department of Conservation, Great Rivers Greenway, and a raptor show from the World Bird Sanctuary. The movie, Over the Hedge, begins at 8 p.m. sharp. Food will be available for purchase from Vine & Dash and popsicles from Pete's Pops.

Visit the James S. McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park and see a star show to experience the largest artificial sky in the Western Hemisphere. Star shows are lead LIVE by one of the Planetarium's educators, creating a new and tailored experience for every audience.
Young visitors and their families are invited to the Life Science Lab Classroom at the Saint Louis Science Center to enjoy interactive read-alouds of science-themed picture books. Story times are followed by a short demonstration or discussion connected to the book's main concepts.
Sensory Friendly Science Time features reduced noise, modified lighting and sensory-friendly demonstrations at the Saint Louis Science Center.
At this free art program for ages 3-6 the focus is on the process of making art rather than the finished product. Dress to get messy!
